We believe in a holistic approach to addressing a need.
Meet and greet
Establishing a relationship with our patients is of great importance to us. If you are a patient or an organization, such as a school, and think you have a need for our services, you are welcome to contact us.
Screening
Screenings are conducted when a large group of possible patients have been identified. Such as a school. After the screening, a filtering process takes place to identify individuals who need an extensive eye exam.
Eye exam
Currently patients who are assisted through the foundation is referred to a private practice that is owned by an optometrist that is a partner of Kingdom Vision foundation. In the future we hope to examine all patients at our permanent clinic site or via one of our mobile clinics.
Identify the need
During the eye exam patients’ visual needs are identified as well as other possible needs.
Address the need
We address the need by providing spectacles and/ or referrals to eye specialists to treat any other medical conditions that has been diagnosed.
Follow up
When our patient have received their spectacles, we have a follow up with each patient to make sure all their needs have been met.
